Returning products to Paws2Heaven is simple. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase simply contact a customer care
representative at 614-425-7297 and we will assist you with the
process. No restocking fees apply for all products that are not
engraved. If the product is engraved and there was an
engraving error that we are responsible for, we will correct the
error with return shipping covered. Almost all products
engraved at Paws2Heaven will receive a PDF proof of the
engraving which is sent via email for approval before the
engraving is completed. Therefore engraving errors rarely
occur.
Items purchased from Paws2Heaven can be returned within 14
days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return
shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. This
would include such things as incorrect engraving after proof was
accepted or shipment of a different product than ordered .
It does not cover items the customer doesn't like.
Items that cannot be returned / refunded
 | Any item that has been
personalized. This includes marble urns. Urns
with engraved nameplates, engraved pictures or wood engraved urns.
These items can not be returned unless there is an engraving
error. If customer has already approved a proof
and did not notice an error there will be a charge to
engrave a new namplate or other engraved material. |
 | Urns or jewelry that has been filled. |
 | Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the
customer. |
 | Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a
shipping error occurs on our behalf. |
 | Items not returned within 14 days of delivery (15%
restock fee apply) |
 | Orders over 90 days old are non-returnable or refundable |
 | Any custom painted items |
 | If you have a damage due to
shipping, it is important to keep all the packing material
for the carrier to inspect |
