We received Molly's Pet Cremation Urn today and I can't begin to tell you how much it touched my heart. The figurine looks just like our Molly it even captures her spirit in a way. The personalized pet loss card and pet cremation poem was beautiful and I really loved the Rainbow Bridge poem you also enclosed. I never expected such caring and understanding since I order off the internet but your really went the extra mile and I know you understand how difficult it is to lose a beloved pet

Thank you so much.  The urn arrived yesterday and really turned out beautiful.  It was so much nicer than we ever expected.  We transferred Bijoux from her temporary container and it was actually a nice experience given the circumstances.  We feel really good about her final resting place.  I'm glad I found your site.  We really have been left with a good feeling about our experience with you.  The statue looks just like her-especially the way it copies how she used to sit.  Everyone who has seen it thought it was a wonderful tribute to our girl.  Thanks again and keep up the good service that you provide.  It gave us comfort at this sad time.

 We received the urn for our German Shepherd Duran Duran on Thursday and it was BEAUTIFUL.  The attention to detail on the figurine was incredible and the engraving was beautifully done.  I just wanted to thank you for putting this site together, for giving me words of encouragement when we spoke on the phone and it meant so much to my family and I when we read the "extras" you included with the urn (especially the "Rainbow Bridge").  We picked up Duran Duran's ashes today (3/19).  I placed his ashes inside and I added his pictures---now he is HOME.

Today, I received my personalized Cocker Spaniel Pet Urn for my Clancy's  remains. The Urn is simply beautiful. Your company did a quality job. Hi, I am sure you remember me, the little black dachshund custom figurine. (My dachshund was killed by a coyote).

I just had to write and tell you what a fabulous job your artist did.  It looks exactly like my Dixie and I just love it.  It was well worth the wait and I am thinking that after the holidays, I may order one of my previous pet, a Pomeranian, custom art as well.
